Have you ever taken a deep breath, thought back on all of your good fortune, and offered gratitude to the Universe from every ounce of your being? I just did and have very good reason to do so. I am surrounded by kind and loving individuals and am able to do what I love every day. I write and hope to inspire others to lead a full and balanced life. I practice and teach yoga and mindful living. I take walks and laugh…a lot. I am grateful for every day—including the crazy ones!
My roots began in upstate New York and I continue to relish all of the charm the area still offers today. I completed a Masters degree in Public Administration from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, University at Albany and spent years working and consulting with local governments, public agencies, and private organizations on behalf of youth and families.
I married my high school sweetheart, Jim, and decided to become a full-time stay-at-home mom after giving birth to our daughters, Kailee and Paige. My young adult family life and search for self discovery was the basis of my book, Finding Balance: A Mother’s Journey to Inner Peace. This is my first published work. Gentle Level Yoga
Classes offer classical yoga asanas (postures) with some slight variations to allow for a slower, gentler practice. No experience is necessary. All levels of ability are celebrated. Gentle Level classes offer an opportunity to relax and let go of the outside world and focus within.
Universal Level Yoga
Classes are designed for those with some experience practicing yoga, allowing for deeper exploration of each asana. Universal Level classes offer an opportunity to explore your inner being while uniting your body's external movement with your mind and breath.
