About Kelly

Have you ever taken a deep breath, thought back on all of your good fortune, and offered gratitude to the Universe from every ounce of your being? I just did and have very good reason to do so. I am surrounded by kind and loving individuals and am able to do what I love every day. I write and hope to inspire others to lead a full and balanced life. I practice and teach yoga and mindful living. I take walks, smile, and try to embrace each moment to the fullest.  I am grateful for every day—including the crazy ones!

My roots began in upstate New York and I continue to relish all of the charm the area still offers today. I completed a Masters degree in Public Administration from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, University at Albany and spent years working and consulting with local governments, public agencies, and private organizations on behalf of youth and families.

I married my high school sweetheart, Jim, and decided to become a full-time stay-at-home mom after giving birth to our daughters, Kailee and Paige. My young adult family life and search for self discovery was the basis of my book, Finding Balance: A Mother’s Journey to Inner Peace. This is my first published work. I currently write a blog where I offer sweet insight and easy tips on how to live each day with greater joy. Click Here to give yourself a moment to feel the love and inspiration!

I am an author, teacher, public speaker, mother, wife, and lover of all good things. I studied yoga in India and will be a student of the heart and spirit for lifetimes. Join me on this path of upliftment!

Classical yoga asanas (postures) are offered with some slight variation to allow for a slower, gentler practice. No experience necessary. All levels of ability are celebrated.

Classes offer traditional yoga asanas (postures). No experience necessary. All levels of ability are celebrated.


Wellness Classes for Private Groups

Bring the physiological and/or psychological benefits of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, team building, or improved communication to your staff. These classes offer skills that your employees will use in their professional and personal lives and will profoundly benefit their individual health and well-being.
